Hey Dad, Let's have a catch was honored by third generation WABC 770 radio broadcaster John Gambling on Friday, June 15, 2007. Mr. Gambling mentioned that while he doesn't generally read children's books Hey Dad crossed his desk and was taken by the content, "It's a nice story and I thought I'd read it in honor of Father's Day".
